After years of running a restaurant and serving guests who love bold flavors and quality food, we wanted to bring that same experience to the streets in a more fun and casual way. That’s how Mad Monkey was born.
Mad Monkey focuses on what we love most — charcoal grilled skewers and real street food flavor. Everything is cooked fresh over charcoal, delivering the smoky taste and energy you can only get from open-fire grilling.
Backed by the experience of the Jinzen kitchen, we take the same care in selecting ingredients, preparing marinades, and perfecting every skewer. The difference is that now we’re bringing that flavor directly to the street food scene.
